Sture Terminal is an oil terminal at Stura in Øygarden municipality, 50 km northwest of Bergen, Norway. It receives oil and condensate (light oil) from Oseberg, Veslefrikk, Brage, Oseberg Sør, Oseberg Øst, Tune and Huldra fields through 115 km Oseberg Transport System (OTS) and oil from Grane oil field through 212 km Grane oil pipeline.

HVDC Troll

The HVDC Troll is a bipolar high-voltage direct current (HVDC) electric power transmission line for the supply of the gas compressor station on the offshore construction work Troll A platform. It consists of dual set of a 68-kilometre long bipolar submarine cable designed for ±60 kV between the inverter at the Troll A platform and the static rectifier station at Kollsnes in Norway. The HVDC Troll has a maximum transmission rate of 84 megawatts.

Kollsnes

Kollsnes is a natural gas processing plant owned and operated by Statoil on the southern part of the island Oøy in Øygarden, Norway. It processes the natural gas from the gass fields Troll, Kvitebjørn and Visund with a capacity of 143 million standard cubic meters of natural gas per day.

Hjeltefjorden

Hjeltefjorden is a fjord in Hordaland in Norway. Its name is derived from Hjaltland, the Old Norse name for Shetland - the routes to Shetland ran through Hjeltefjorden. It is a major route into Bergen, and runs from Fedje in the north to Byfjorden in the south. It is delimited to the west by the Øygarden and Sotra fjords and to the east by fjords including those of Radøy, Holsnøy, Herdla and Askøy. It was the site of the closing stages of the Battle of Alvøen.
