Bakka, Kvinnherad

Bakka is a farm in the valley Gjetingsdalen in Mauranger, Norway. The farm is located in the top of the valley and it has great grazing pastures. Bakka is the farm in Mauranger with the highest production of milk. They have 36 head of cattle. Here is a tourist house with the name Bolebua.

Sundal

Sundal is the largest village in Mauranger, and has been a centre of tourism for over 150 years. There are about 70 inhabitants in the village. A camping ground, shop and an inn are located in the village. At the end of the 19th century, German and English tourists travelled to Sundal to experience the great nature including Folgefonna. Today Sundal is a natural gateway to Folgefonna National Park, and a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
