Laksjøen is a lake in Lierne municipality in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It has a surface area of 19.2 square kilometres . The administrative center of Lierne, Sandvika, lies on the northern shore of the lake. The lake is fed by the lake Sandsjøen to the east, and the water exits the lake in the north and later joins the river Sanddøla which later joins the river Namsen.

The church is part of the Nordli parish in the Namdal deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros. The wooden church was constructed in 1873 and it seats about 250 people. The architect Carl J. Bergstrøm designed the building.

Sandsjøen is a lake in the municipality of Lierne in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It lies about 4 kilometres southeast of the municipal center, Sandvika. The village of Holand is located on the northern shore of Sandsjøen. The lake, near the Swedish border, is the beginning of the Sanddøla river, a main tributary of the river Namsen. The lake flows out into the lake Laksjøen to the west.
