Brattsund Bridge is a cantilever bridge in the municipality of Meløy in Nordland county, Norway. It is part of the bridge connection between the islands of Åmnøya and Grønnøya, several small islands, and the mainland village of Engavågen. The bridge is 194 metres long, and the main span is 122 metres . The bridge was constructed out of pre-stressed concrete.

The villages of Glomfjord and Vassdalsvik are located along the fjord. The island of Messøya is located at the mouth of the fjord, near the village of Ørnes. Meløya

Meløya is an island in the municipality of Meløy in Nordland county, Norway. The island lies east of Bolga, north of Åmnøya, and west of Mesøya. The 21.8-square-kilometre island is only accessible by boat, and there are regular ferry connections to Bolga, Støtt, Vassdalsvik, and Ørnes. The western part of the island is relatively flat and has many farms. The village of Meløy is located in this area and it is the main population centre on the island.

Tjongsfjorden Church

Tjongsfjorden Church is a parish church in the municipality of Rødøy in Nordland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Tjong. The church is part of the Rødøy indre parish in the Nord-Helgeland deanery in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland. The wooden church was built in 1962 and it seats about 280 people.

Mesøya

Mesøya or Mesøy is an island in the municipality of Meløy in Nordland county, Norway. The island is located southwest of the village of Ørnes on the mainland and east of the island of Meløya. The island sits at the mouth of the Glomfjorden. Mesøya is only accessible by boat, and it has no regular ferry service. Mesøya has an area of 8 square kilometres and the highest point on the island is the 364-metre tall Mesøytoppen.
