Leknes Airport is a regional airport serving the town of Leknes and the surrounding areas in the Lofoten archipelago in Nordland county, Norway. The airport is located just outside of Leknes in Vestvågøy municipality. The European route E10 highway passes along the east side of the airport. In 2011, Leknes Airport had 96,593 passengers. It is operated by Avinor.

Vestvågøya

Vestvågøya or Vest-Vågøy is an island in the Lofoten archipelago in Nordland county, Norway. The islands is located within the municipality of Vestvågøy. The island lies between the islands of Austvågøya and Gimsøya to the northeast and Flakstadøya to the southwest. The European route E10 highway crosses the island connecting to Flakstadøya by the Nappstraum Tunnel and to Gimsøya by the Sundklakkstraumen Bridge.

Hol Church is a parish church in the municipality of Vestvågøy in Nordland county, Norway. It is located on the southeastern edge of the town of Leknes. The church is part of the Hol parish in the Lofoten deanery in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland. The white wooden church was built in 1806 and it seats about 300 people.

Flakstad Church

Flakstad Church is a parish church in the municipality of Flakstad in Nordland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Flakstad. The church is part of the Flakstad parish in the Lofoten deanery in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland. The red, wooden church was built in 1780. The long, low church building is a cog-jointed construction using timbers clad externally with red-painted wooden paneling, as was usual at the end of the eighteenth century. The small-paned windows have white frames.
