Silda is an island in the municipality of Vågsøy in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. It is located northeast of the island of Vågsøy in the Sildagapet bay, about 2 kilometres east of the small village of Langenes or about 3 kilometres northeast of Raudeberg. This is the site of the 1810 Battle of Silda. In 2001, there were 38 inhabitants on the island.

Degnepollvatnet
Degnepollvatnet or Deknepollvatnet, known locally as Polljavatnet, is a lake in the municipality of Vågsøy in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The lake is situated between the small villages of Degnepoll and Tennebø, just 2.5 kilometres from the town of Måløy. Degnepollvatnet is a popular spot for fishing and swimming during the summer. During the winter, the lake is widely used for ice skating, but the most recent winters have not provided adequate cold weather for it to freeze.
