Beer, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Beer, or Bir, is one of the 44 union councils, administrative subdivions, of Haripur District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Beer is located at 34°10'0N 72°58'0E at an altitude of 811 m (2664 ft) and lies in the corner of Tarbella Lake and – north of the district capital Haripur where it borders Mansehra District. Beer village is a local business hub for surrounding villages. It is about 20kmfrom Haripur City. It is also connected to Mansehra.

Tarbela

Turbela Pashto means Black Forest Hindko/Urdu later now Tarbela, is one of the 44 union councils, administrative subdivision, of Haripur District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Khalabat township is divided into four sectors, sectors 1 and 2 are called Tarbela union and sector 3 and 4 called Khalabat union council. It gave its name for the Tarbela Dam, located nearby.
