Mekhora

Mekhora is a moshav and Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located in the Jordan Valley, it falls under the jurisdiction of Bik'at HaYarden Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 114. The moshav was founded in 1973 by a Nahal brigade, and was originally named Nahal Mekhora. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Itamar attack (2002)

The Itamar attack, was an attack that took place on Thursday night of June 20, 2002 around 21:00 in which two Palestinian militants broke into a civilian house in the Israeli settlement of Itamar in the West Bank, killing the Shabo family, murdering a mother and her three sons, while injuring two children. Later on the militants also killed the commander of the rescue squad during his attempt to free civilians trapped in the house.

Itamar attack

The Itamar attack, also called the Itamar massacre, was an attack on a Jewish family in the Israeli settlement of Itamar in the West Bank that took place on 11 March 2011, in which five members of the same family were murdered in their beds. The victims were the father Ehud (Udi) Fogel, the mother Ruth Fogel, and three of their six children—Yoav, 11, Elad, 4, and Hadas, the youngest, a three-month-old infant.

The Allon Road is the name commonly given by Israelis to Routes 458, 508, and 578 in the West Bank, running roughly south-north along the eastern watershed of the Samarian and Judean Mountains between Highway 1 near Kfar Adumim east of Jerusalem and Highway 90 at Mehola in the central Jordan Valley.

Havat Skali, also known as Point 792, is an Israeli settlement outpost in the West Bank. Located around four kilometres south-east of Elon Moreh, it falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. It was established by Yitzhak Skali in 1999, and is home to around 20 people. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.
