Augusta Victoria Hospital

Augusta Victoria is a church-hospital complex located on the Mount of Olives, Jerusalem. Augusta Victoria was built in 1907 as a center for the German Protestant community in Ottoman Palestine. The complex, completed in 1910, included the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ascension with a 65-metre belltower and a hospice for Christian pilgrims. During World War II, it was converted into a hospital by the British.

Bezalel Academy of Art and Design

Bethany (biblical village)

At-Tur (Mount of Olives)

At-Tur is an Arab majority neighborhood on the Mount of Olives approximately 1 km east of the Old City of Jerusalem. At-Tur is situated in East Jerusalem, which was annexed by Israel after the Six-Day War in 1967. In 1596, the village appeared as Tur Zayta in Ottoman tax registers as being in the Nahiya of Quds of the Liwa of Quds. It had a population of 48 Muslim households and 8 bachelors, and paid taxes on wheat, barley, vines or fruit trees, and goats or beehives.
