Cuatro Islas which means in Spanish: Four Islands - is a group of islands belonging to the municipalities of Inopacan and Hindang, in the province of Leyte, Philippines. This group of islands is composed of Apid and Mahaba which belong to the administrative jurisdiction of the municipality of Inopacan while Himokilan and Digyo belong to the administrative jurisdiction of the municipality of Hindang.

Inopacan is a 4th class municipality in the province of Leyte, Philippines. In the south, it borders with the town of Hindang and Camotes Sea in the west. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 25,277 people.

Maasin

Maasin City is the capital city of Southern Leyte. A 4th class city with 70 barangays, it is located on the western part of the province with land area of 82 sq. miles. According to the 2007 census, it has a population of 79,737. Maasin City is the commercial and religious center of Southern Leyte and the south western part of Leyte. On August 10, 2000, Maasin was converted into a city. The Diocese of Maasin was founded on August 14, 1968.
