Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (Polish: Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy; UKW), also known as the Casimir the Great University, is a university in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It was named after Casimir III the Great (Kazimierz III Wielki), the King of Poland (1333-70) who granted the city municipal rights for Bydgoszcz on 19 April 1346.

Łuczniczka is a sport, show and fair arena in Bydgoszcz, Poland. In sport it is primarily used for volleyball and basketball, and also regularly hosts indoor track-and-field meetings. Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak Stadium

Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak Stadium (Polish: Kompleks Sportowy "Zawisza" im. Zdzisława Krzyszkowiaka w Bydgoszczy) is a multi-use stadium in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It was completed in 1960 with a capacity of about 35,000-45,000 on wooden benches. The stadium was completely rebuilt in 2007-2008, and the current seating capacity is 20,247 people. It is currently used for football matches and track and field events. The stadium is named after Polish Olympic gold medal-winning runner Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak.
