Guajataca River

The Rio Guajataca is a river on the island of Puerto Rico. It is located in the northwest coast of the island. It flows from the south and drains into the Atlantic Ocean. Guajataca River has a length of approximately 25.5 miles (41 kilometres) with its origin in the municipality of Lares, Puerto Rico at an altitude of approximately 1,600 feet (488 metres) above sea level. It crosses the municipalities of Lares, San Sebastián, and Isabela forming Guajataca Lake on its path.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Arecibo is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Puerto Rico and consists of the northern part of the island of Puerto Rico, an American commonwealth.
