Saudi Aramco Beach

Saudi Aramco Beach is a private beach owned and managed by Saudi Aramco Oil company. The beach is located in the eastern part of Half Moon Bay near the city of Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Khobar Towers bombing

The Khobar Towers bombing was a terrorist attack on part of a housing complex in the city of Khobar, Saudi Arabia, located near the national oil company headquarters of Dhahran on June 25, 1996. At that time Khobar Towers was being used as quarters for foreign military personnel.

Dhahran International Airport

Dhahran International Airport in Dhahran formerly served the Ash Sharqiyah Province (Eastern Province) in Saudi Arabia. In 1999, after the opening of King Fahd International Airport, all scheduled flights were shifted out of Dhahran and the airport now serves as the King Abdulaziz Air Base of the Royal Saudi Air Force. The airport terminal building is one of the architectural works of Minoru Yamasaki, and was completed in 1961.

Organization of United States Air Force Units in the Gulf War

The 1990-1991 Gulf War was the last major United States Air Force combat operation of the 20th Century.
