Sarria

Sarria is a municipality in the province of Lugo, northwestern Spain, in the autonomous community of Galicia. Sarria is the most densely populate town on the French Way in Galicia, with 13 700 inhabitants. It is head of the region and a popular starting point to begin the Camino the Santiago; many pilgrims choose Sarria because the distance from this point to Santiago allows them to cover the necessary kilometers to get the Compostela.

Samos, Galicia

Samos is a village in the municipality of Samos in the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain. It is home to an abbey, the Real Abadía de Samos, and the Benedictine monastery of San Xulián de Samos. Fruxil

Fruxil is a small rural village in the parish of A Cervela in the municipality of O Incio, Spain. Belonging to the Shire of Shire of Sarria, in 2005 consisted of 18 houses and its stable population was estimated at 37 neighbors with a seasonal population of up to 52. Its characteristic horseshoe shape makes it easily recognizable from the air.
