European Union Satellite Centre

The European Union Satellite Centre (EUSC), commonly known as SATCEN, is an agency of the European Union's (EU) Council of Ministers which gathers information through satellite images. EUSC was set up in 2002 to replace the Western European Union Satellite Centre and thus represents a part of the transfer of functions from the Western European Union (WEU) to the European Union (EU), and more specifically to the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP).

Madrid Ladies Masters

The Madrid Ladies Masters was a professional golf tournament in Spain on the Ladies European Tour. The 54-hole event was held at the par-73 Casino Club de Golf Retamares in early October and played for three years, from 2007 to 2009. The 2009 event finished in a playoff between former college teammates at Arizona State, Azahara Muñoz of Spain and Anna Nordqvist of Sweden. Both had exceptional final rounds and climbed to the top of the leaderboard after 54 holes.
