Campo de Cartagena

Campo de Cartagena or Comarca de Cartagena is a comarca in the Region of Murcia, southeastern Spain. The main town is Cartagena, the most important Naval Base of the Spanish Navy in the Mediterranean Sea. The Mar Menor is located at the eastern end of the comarca. An attempt was made during the First Spanish Republic, on July 12 of 1873 to establish a canton in the Cartagena area. The insurgency took the name Cantonal Revolution and in the following days it spread through many other regions.

Lobosillo Solar Park is a 12.7 MW-peak photovoltaic power plant located in Lobosillo, Murcia, Spain, making it at the time the third largest photovoltaic (PV) power plant in the world. Cartagena Cathedral

The Cathedral of Cartagena in Spain, or the Cathedral of Santa María la Vieja, was a cathedral of the Diocese of Cartagena, located on the hill of La Concepción in the old town of Cartagena. It has been in ruins since 1939, when it was destroyed when Cartagena was shelled in the Spanish Civil War by Nationalist forces.
