Eles (also transliterated as Ellès and Al Las) is a village in the Siliana Governorate, Tunisia. It is located around {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:35|56|55|N|9|5|50|E| | |name= }} around 13 km northwest of Maktar. It sits over a natural spring at the base of the surrounding hills. The village is notable for the large number of dolmens found immediately to the west, south and east of the village which are typical of the tombs found around Maktar.

Le Sers Airfield

Le Sers Airfield is an abandoned World War II military airfield in Tunisia, about 3 km of As Sars; 130 km southwest of Tunis. It was a temporary airfield constructed by Army Engineers using compacted earth for its runway, parking and dispersal areas, not designed for heavy aircraft or for long term use. The prevailing temperatures in the area are some of the hottest in the world, making steel planking unsuitable for airfield use.

Sers, Tunisia

Sers, also Le Sers, As Sars or Es Sers, is a town and commune in the Kef Governorate, Tunisia. It is located 35.5 kilometres by road southeast of El Kef. As of 2004 it had a population of 11,927. Its economic activity is mainly dominated by agriculture, including cereal production. It is located at the foot of Jebel Maiza (887 m) which is part of the Tunisian ridge.

Zama Regia

Zama Regia (also called Zama Major or simply Zama) was, on October 19, 202 BC, a site of the Battle of Zama between Ancient Carthage and the Roman Republic. The Romans won the battle, thus ending the Second Punic War. It was the only defeat of Hannibal, who was defeated by Publius Cornelius Scipio. A Roman city was built there a few centuries after the battle. The capital city was what is now Sers. Not to be confused with Zama Minor.
