Kemalpaşa (former Makriyali) is a coastal town in Hopa district of Artvin Province, Turkey. At {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:41|29|N|41|31|E||| | |name= }} it is 15 kilometres east of Hopa and 5 kilometres west of the Sarp border check point to Georgia.
