Hacilar

Burdur Province

Burdur Province is a province of Turkey, located in the southwest and bordering Muğla and Antalya to the South, Denizli to the West, Afyon to the North, and Isparta to the East. It has an area of 6,887 km² and a population of 258,868 the provincial capital is Burdur city. Burdur is located in the "Lakes Region" of Turkey and has many lakes of various sizes, largest of which, Burdur Lake, is named after the province.

Kızılkaya, Burdur

Kızılkaya is a town in Bucak district of Burdur Province, Turkey. It is situated at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|18|N|30|27|E||| | |name= }}. The distance to Bucak is 37 kilometres and to Burdur is 77 kilometres . The population of Kızılkaya is 1960 as of 2011. The town is an old settlement. It was inhabited during the late Hitite era. During the Ottoman Empire era it was a district of Antalya Province to the south. It was declared a seat of township in 1973.
