Gökova

Gökova is a municipality (belde) in the district of Ula in Muğla Province, Turkey. It lies at the head of the Gulf of Gökova in a plain also known as Gökova. The ancient Carian city of Idyma, with its acropolis and necropolis, is located above Kozlukuyu Mahallesi (Kozlukuyu Neighbourhood) at the northern end of Gökova town, not at nearby Akyaka as often incorrectly stated.

Sedir Island

Sedir Island, also known as Cleopatra Island, is a small island in the Gulf of Gökova of southwestern Aegean Sea off the coast of Ula, part of Muğla Province of Turkey. It has one of the most special beaches in the world which is famous for its beach made from seashells. It is said that this organic sand was brought by ships from the Red Sea especially for Cleopatra.

Gulf of Gökova

Gulf of Gökova or Gulf of Kerme, is a long (100 km), narrow gulf of the Aegean Sea between Bodrum Peninsula and Datça Peninsula in south-west Turkey. Administratively, Gulf of Gökova coastline includes portions of the districts of, clockwise, Bodrum, Milas, Muğla, Ula, Marmaris and Datça. The Greek island of Kos lies along the entry into the Gulf. Bodrum, located in its northwest reaches, is the only large city on the gulf today.

Bozarmut

Bozarmut is a town in Yatağan district of Muğla Province, Turkey. It is situated on the Turkish state highwat D.550 which connects Muğla to north Anatolia at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|19|N|28|10|E||| | |name= }}. The distance to Yatağan is 6 kilometres and to Muğla is 22 kilometres . The population of the town is 2,168 as of 2011. Bozarmut was one of the six towns of Stratonicea during the ancient age.
