The Main museum of Turkmenistan (Türkmenistanyň Milli muzeyi), also known as the Sparmurat Turkmenbashi Museum, is a museum in Turkmenistan. The museum was opened on 12 November 1998. . The museum has seven permanent galleries incorporating history, present day culture, and ethnography.

Independence Monument, Ashgabat

The "Independence Monument" is a monument located in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. The design of this building was inspired by traditional Turkmen tents and the traditional headgear worn by Turkmen girls. Elements of the building commemorate the independence date of Turkmenistan, 27 October 1991. These elements include a 91-meter reinforced concrete tower with a 27-meter high golden gilt steel construction on top of the tower, along with an observation terrace with a diameter of 10 meters.

Paýtagt Shopping Center

Paytagt Shopping Center is a 80 meter high shopping and business tower located in the south-east Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Building was designed and constructed by Turkish "Polimeks" in 2005. It contains a 3 story base and 21 story tower.

Olympic Stadium (Ashgabat)

Ashgabat Olympic Stadium (Turkmen: Saparmyrat Türkmenbaşy adyndaky Olimpiýa Stadiony) is a multi-purpose stadium in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. It is currently used mostly for football matches, but also for musical performances by Turkmen pop stars such as Maral Ibragimova. The stadium holds 35,000 people and was built in 2003. Despite the use of the name "Olympic Stadium" the facility was neither built as part of a bid to host the Olympic Games, nor has it been used in such games.

Ashgabat Theme Park (Ertekiler Dünýäsi) - is a theme park designed by Turkmen architects as a national version of Disneyland has opened in 2006. The $50 million recreation complex, based on Turkmen folk art and fairy tales, occupies 100 acres and consists of 80 attractions. It begins with a map of Turkmenistan and its environs that displays miniature copies of architectural monuments of the predominantly Muslim state.
