Marsh, West Yorkshire

Marsh is a suburb of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England that is situated 1.5 km (1 mi) west of the town centre. At the 2001 census the population was recorded as 4,482. It is said that the area is so-called because it was wetland before it was reclaimed. It used to be known as Paddock-with-Marsh. The A640 road between Huddersfield town centre and Junction 23 of the M62 motorway runs through Marsh. This thoroughfare is known as Westbourne Road and is Marsh's main shopping area.

Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

The Huddersfield Royal Infirmary is a hospital situated in the English town of Huddersfield. It is situated in the suburb of Lindley and provides general services, emergency services and some specialist services. The Huddersfield Royal Infirmary originally had its own School of Nursing. This has now been incorporated into a 'Virtual Ward' setting within the University of Huddersfield's School of Human and Health Resources.

Longroyd Bridge

Longroyd Bridge is a suburb approximately 1200 yds (1.1 km) to the southwest of Huddersfield town centre, West Yorkshire, England. The area is composed of industrial and commercial units. British Rugby League Hall of Fame

The British Rugby League Hall of Fame was established by the Rugby Football League in 1988 to commemorate the greatest ever players in British rugby league. Players must have been retired for at least five years to be eligible; they must also have played at least ten years within the British game. Initially nine players were inducted when the Hall of Fame was opened; one more was announced in 1989.
