Greys Court

Greys Court is a Tudor country house and associated gardens, located at grid reference SU725834, at the southern end of the Chiltern Hills at Rotherfield Greys, near Henley-on-Thames in the English county of Oxfordshire. It is owned by the National Trust and is open to the public. The name derives from an old connection to the Grey family, descendants of the Norman knight Anchetil de Greye.

Bix and Assendon

Bix and Assendon is a civil parish in the Chiltern Hills just north of Henley-on-Thames in South Oxfordshire, England. The parish includes the villages of Bix, Lower Assendon and Middle Assendon. The 2001 census recorded a parish population of 531.

Reading Abbey R.F.C

Reading Abbey R.F. C is an English Rugby Union club. Although the club is named for, and historically connected with, the Berkshire town of Reading, it is now between Reading and Peppard and just over the boundary into the county of Oxfordshire. Reading Abbey was born in the early 1950s as a youth side meeting the playing demand of boys who went to non-rugby playing schools.

Friar Park

Friar Park is a 120-room Victorian neo-Gothic mansion in Henley-on-Thames once owned by an eccentric lawyer named Sir Frank Crisp and purchased in January 1970 by musician George Harrison. Since the early 1970s, the property has become synonymous with the former Beatle's home studio, known as FPSHOT. Harrison biographer Alan Clayson has described the Friar Park estate as being "as synonymous with his name as the Queen's with Windsor Castle".
