Waterbeach railway station

Waterbeach is a railway station serving the large village of Waterbeach in Cambridgeshire, England. The station lies on Fen Line from Cambridge to King's Lynn, electrified at 25 kV AC overhead. The station is 61.01 mi from London Liverpool Street station via the West Anglia Main Line and 63.29 mi from London King's Cross station via the East Coast Main Line. Waterbeach station is unstaffed, and has only basic waiting shelters on each of the two platforms.

Denny Abbey

Denny Abbey is a former abbey near Waterbeach, six miles (10 km) north of Cambridge in Cambridgeshire, England which was inhabited by a succession of three different religious orders during its history serving as a monastery. The site, on an ancient road between Cambridge and Ely, was settled by farmers as early as the Roman period.

Anglesey Abbey

Anglesey Abbey is a country house, formerly a priory, in the village of Lode, 5+⁄2 miles northeast of Cambridge, England. The house and its grounds are owned by the National Trust and are open to the public as part of the Anglesey Abbey, Garden & Lode Mill property, although some parts remain the private home of the Fairhaven family. The 98 acres (400,000 m²) of landscaped grounds are divided into a number of walks and gardens, with classical statuary, topiary and flowerbeds.

Cambridge Science Park

The Cambridge Science Park, founded by Trinity College in 1970, is the oldest science park in the United Kingdom. It is a concentration of science and technology related businesses, and has strong links with the nearby University of Cambridge. The science park is situated about 3 km to the north of Cambridge city centre, by junction 33 of the A14, in the parish of Milton, contiguous with Cambridge itself.
