River Feshie
The River Feshie (Scottish Gaelic: Fèisidh / Abhainn Fhèisidh) is a major right bank tributary of the River Spey in northeast Scotland. It rises in the remote countryside of the Glenfeshie Forest, flowing initially eastwards then northeast before turning sharply to the northwest, gaining the waters of the River Eidart on its right bank and dropping down into Glen Feshie. The Feshie flows northwards through the wooded glen and is often braided in nature.

Loch Insh
Loch Insh is a loch in Highlands region, Scotland. It is situated in the heart of Badenoch and Strathspey, seven miles south of Aviemore and seven miles north of Kingussie. The loch is a location for sailing and kayaking/canoeing. There is a well stocked watersports centre on the southeast side of the loch and good fishing also. The watersports centre is complemented by several Chalets and a small hotel by the name of Insh Hall.

The Highland Wildlife Park is a 105-hectare safari park and zoo near Kingussie, Highland, Scotland. The park is located within the Cairngorms National Park. The park is run by the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland and is a member of the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA) and the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA).

Monadhliath Mountains
The Monadhliath Mountains, or Monadh Liath, are a range of mountains in Scotland. Monadh Liath is Scottish Gaelic, and means "grey mountains". Running in a northeast to southwest direction, the mountains lie on the western side of Strathspey, to the west of the Cairngorms and to the south east of Loch Ness. The mountains are within the Highland council area, and the south and east fringes are within the Cairngorms National Park.

Insh Marshes
Insh Marshes are 10 square kilometres of the River Spey floodplain between Kingussie and Kincraig in Badenoch and Strathspey, Highland, Scotland. They are said to be one of the most important wetlands in Europe. Owned by the RSPB, together with part of the River Spey, they form a Special Protection Area.
