Mandarin is a neighborhood located in the southern most portion of Jacksonville, in Duval County, Florida, United States. It is located on the eastern banks of the St. Johns River, across from Orange Park. Mandarin was named after the Mandarin orange in 1830 by Calvin Reed, a prominent resident of the area .

Julington Creek Plantation, Florida

Julington Creek Plantation is an unincorporated community in St. Johns County, Florida, United States. It consists of several large neighborhoods, and is located at the crossroads of State Road 13 and Race Track Road, across from Fruit Cove. With major super markets, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations and numerous office parks around Julington Creek, the area's population continues to grow significantly. Mandarin High School is a public high school in the Duval County Public Schools district located on Greenland Road in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2010, Newsweek ranked it 96th on its list of the best public high schools in the United States. In 2008, U.S. News & World Report ranked it as the 15th of "America's Best High Schools".

WOKV

WOKV and WOKV-FM are a pair of American radio stations in the Jacksonville, Florida, area. WOKV-AM/FM is owned by Cox Radio of Atlanta, Georgia, and offers a conservative talk radio format. WOKV is the only AM radio station in the Jacksonville market to remain in the top 10 in the Arbitron ratings since 1996.
