Joliet Memorial Stadium

Joliet Memorial Stadium is a 10,000-seat multipurpose stadium located in Joliet, Illinois. It was built in the 1950s and is dedicated to Joliet residents who fought in World Wars I and II as well as the Korean War. It is the home of the University of St. Francis Saints football team, the Joliet Junior College Wolves football team, and the Joliet Catholic Academy football teams. In addition, the Joliet Buccaneers of the MidStates Football League call it home.

It comprises the City of Joliet in Illinois and its surrounding counties: DuPage, Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Kankakee, Kendall and Will. It is governed by a bishop, who is a suffragan of the Archbishop of Chicago. The mother church is the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus.

Joliet, Illinois

Joliet is a city in Will and Kendall counties in the U.S. state of Illinois, located 40 miles southwest of Chicago. It is the county seat of Will County. As of the 2010 census, the city was the fourth-most populated in Illinois, with a population of 147,433. It continues to be Illinois' fastest growing city and one of the fastest growing in the southwest Chicago metropolitan area. When Joliet was first planned in the early 1870s, it was still in Cook County.

Joliet Catholic Academy

Joliet Catholic Academy (Joliet Catholic or JCA) is a coed Catholic High School located in Joliet, Illinois. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Joliet. One of the oldest Catholic high schools in the Chicago area, Joliet Catholic is perhaps best known for its prowess in football. Since the advent of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) state football playoffs in 1974, JCA has won more state football titles than any other team in the state, with 13 as of 2007.
