Mount Saint Joseph High School (Baltimore)

Mount Saint Joseph High School (commonly Mount Saint Joseph or Mount Saint Joe) is a private, Catholic high school located in Baltimore, Maryland in the community of Irvington. The 33-acre campus consists of four academic buildings, an athletic field house, and housing for the school's chaplains. It was founded by the Xaverian Brothers in November 1876. Today, Mount Saint Joseph is the site of the Xaverian Brothers Generalate, the national headquarters of the Brothers in the United States.

Samuel J. Seymour

Samuel James Seymour (March 28, 1860 – April 12, 1956) was the last surviving person who had been present in Ford's Theater the night of the assassination of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln on April 14, 1865. He was from Maryland and lived in Arlington, Virginia in his later years. At age five, Seymour's godmother, Mrs. George S. Goldsboro, took him to see Our American Cousin. He claimed the two sat in the balcony on the side opposite Lincoln's box.

Southwestern Senior High School (Baltimore, Maryland)

Southwestern Senior High School was a public high school located in Baltimore, Maryland. Southwestern Senior High School opened in September 1971 and closed in June 2007. The building sat vacant for one year before the city leased the school to the SEED School of Maryland boarding school. The main classroom building was torn down along with the library and cafeteria.
