North Portal Estates is an affluent residential neighborhood in Washington, D.C. that forms the northernmost corner of the District of Columbia. Colonial Village is an affluent residential neighborhood in northwest Washington, D.C. It is bounded by Portal Drive to the north, 16th Street to the east, and Rock Creek Park to the west and south.
