The Beach Haven School District is a community public school district that serves students in kindergarten through sixth grade from Beach Haven, in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. Engleside Hotel

Engleside Hotel was one of the most decorative and beautiful Victorian hotels that once stood on Engleside Avenue in Beach Haven (located on the southern end of Long Beach Island), New Jersey. It was completed by the start of the 1876 summer season, under the leadership of Robert Engle, and it quickly became one of the most popular resorts on Long Beach Island, along with the Baldwin Hotel located nearby. The hotel was torn down during WWII, and architectural pieces were auctioned off.

Little Egg Harbor

Not to be confused with Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey Little Egg Harbor is a brackish bay along the coast of southeast New Jersey. It was originally called Egg Harbor by the Dutch sailors because of the eggs found in nearby gull nests. The bay is part of the Intracoastal Waterway.

HMS Vulture (1776)

HMS Vulture was a 14 gun ship sloop of the Swan class, launched on 18 March 1776. She served during both the American Revolutionary War and the French Revolutionary War before being sold for disposal in 1802. The Vulture is perhaps best known for being the warship to which Benedict Arnold fled on the Hudson River in 1780 after unsuccessfully trying to betray the Continental Army's fortress at West Point, New York to the British.
