Gates-North Gates, New York

Gates-North Gates was a census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of Gates, in Monroe County, New York, United States. The population was 15,138 at the 2000 census. For the 2010 census, the CDP was split into two separate ones, Gates (pop. 4,910) and North Gates (pop. 9,512).

WRMM-FM

WRMM-FM is a radio station licensed to Rochester, New York, USA, the station serves the Rochester area. The station is currently owned by Stephens Media Group - Rochester, LLC. WRMM broadcasts an adult contemporary music format (with the exception of late November and December, when WRMM changes to Christmas music). Historically, the station was the sister station to AM 680/990, now WDCX. Then-WRNY signed on an FM signal at 97.7 in the early 1950s but shut it down in 1955.

WBGT-CD

WBGT-CD is the Class A MyNetworkTV-affiliated television station for Rochester, New York. It broadcasts a low-powered standard definition digital signal on UHF channel 46 from a transmitter in the city's Northwest Quadrant. The station can also be seen on Time Warner Cable channel 18 (hence the My 18 on-air branding). Owned by Vision Communications, WBGT has studios on Buffalo Road/NY 33 in Rochester's Gates Center section.

Holleder Memorial Stadium

Holleder Memorial Stadium was a 20,000 seat football stadium in Rochester, New York. Located on Ridgeway Avenue, at the south east corner of Mount Read Blvd. , it was built in 1949 to serve as the home of Aquinas Institute football. Originally named Aquinas Stadium, it was renamed in 1974, in memory of former Aquinas and Army quarterback Don Holleder, who was killed in 1967, in an ambush outside Saigon, throwing himself into enemy fire to save fallen comrades.
