Albany–Rensselaer (Amtrak station)

The Albany – Rensselaer Rail Station is a long-distance rail terminal in Rensselaer, New York, located 1.5 miles from downtown Albany across the Hudson River. As of 2007, the station was Amtrak's tenth-busiest station and by 2010 it had become the ninth-busiest. It is served by many of Amtrak's northeastern routes outside of the Northeast Corridor, including the Lake Shore Limited, whose Boston and New York branches meet at the station.

Dunn Memorial Bridge

The Dunn Memorial Bridge, officially known as the Private Parker F. Dunn Memorial Bridge, carries US 9 and US 20 across the Hudson River between Albany, New York and Rensselaer, New York. Completed in 1967 to replace an earlier span bearing the same name, the highway bridge has a steel girder design. It is named for Parker F. Dunn, an Albany native who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his service in World War I and is the southernmost toll-free road crossing of the Hudson.

Hudson River Way

The Hudson River Way is a pedestrian bridge that links Broadway in downtown Albany, New York with the Corning Preserve on the bank of the Hudson River. The bridge crosses Interstate 787.

Home Savings Bank Building

The Home Savings Bank Building is an office building located in downtown Albany, New York at 11 North Pearl Street. At 19 stories and 276 feet tall, it is the tenth tallest building in the city. When it was completed in 1927, the Home Savings Bank Building was the tallest structure in Albany. However, the Alfred E. Smith Building surpassed it the following year.

Times Union Center

The Times Union Center is an indoor arena, located in Albany, New York, that can fit from 6,000-17,500 people, with a maximum seating capacity of 15,500, for sporting events. The building, designed by Crozier Associates, engineered by Clough Harbour & Associates and built by Beltrone/MLB at a cost of $69.4 million. The arena also has 25 luxury suites, each having 16 seats, cable T.V. , private bathroom, and private refrigerator, and are located at the top of the inner bowl.
