Bay View is a village in Erie County, Ohio, United States. The population was 632 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Sandusky, Ohio Metropolitan Statistical Area. Edison Bridge (Ohio)

The Thomas A. Edison Memorial Bridge carries Ohio State Routes 2 and 269 over Sandusky Bay. The bridge, which is 2,049 feet in length, was completed in 1965. The Edison Bridge replaced the Bay Bridge, a lift bridge which was dedicated on February 2, 1929.

Sandusky River

The Sandusky River is a tributary to Lake Erie in north-central Ohio in the United States. It is about 133 miles long and flows into Lake Erie at Sandusky Bay. The river's name derives from Wyandot saandusti meaning 'water (within water-pools)' or from andusti 'cold water'.

Blue Hole (Castalia)

The Blue Hole is a fresh water pond located in Castalia, Erie County, Ohio, in the United States. From the 1920s to 1990 the Blue Hole was a tourist site, attracting 165,000 visitors annually at the height of its popularity, partly because of its location on State Route 269, about seven miles [11 km] southwest of the Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio.
