Ardmore is a census-designated place (CDP) in Delaware and Montgomery counties in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The population was 12,455 at the 2010 census. The community of Ardmore is a suburb on the west side of Philadelphia, within Lower Merion Township in Montgomery County; and Haverford Township in Delaware County.

Ardmore (SEPTA and Amtrak station)

Ardmore Station is an above-ground intercity and commuter railroad station at MP 8.5 on Amtrak's four track Keystone Corridor Philadelphia-Harrisburg "Main Line" located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia at Station Road and Anderson Avenue in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. It is served by Amtrak Keystone Service trains, The Pennsylvanian (Sunday Eastbound service only), and most Paoli/Thorndale Line trains with the exception of several express runs.

Lower Merion High School

Lower Merion High School is a public high school in Ardmore, a community in Philadelphia's Main Line suburbs. It is one of two high schools in the Lower Merion School District; the other is Harriton High School. Lower Merion serves both Lower Merion Township and the Borough of Narberth. In 2005 it was ranked among the top sixty public or private U. S. high schools by The Wall Street Journal. In 2010, 1,378 students attended the school.

Wynnewood (SEPTA station)

Wynnewood Station is a commuter rail station located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia at Wynnewood and Penn Roads in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. It is served by most Paoli/Thorndale Line trains with the exception of several express runs. The station was built in 1870 by the Wilson Brothers architectural firm for the Pennsylvania Railroad, and is one of the historic station buildings on this line built before 1930. Haverford College Arboretum

The Haverford College Arboretum (216 acres) is an arboretum located across the campus of Haverford College, in Haverford, Pennsylvania. It is open daily without charge. The arboretum's beginnings stretch back to 1831, when the campus property was purchased. The college itself was founded two years later. In 1834 William Carvill laid out the campus in a style influenced by noted landscape architect Sir Humphry Repton.
