Albion, Rhode Island

Albion is a village and historic district in Lincoln, Rhode Island in the United States. Albion is home to several mill buildings, churches, and the Kirkbrae Country Club golf course. The historic Blackstone River flows through the center of the mill village with a walking path running along the river. Albion Falls is a waterfall along the Blackstone River, and the Albion Bridge crosses the river just downstream from Albion Dam, built in 1916 to power Albion Mill, now a condominium complex.

Providence Zen Center

Providence Zen Center (PZC) is the international headquarters for the Kwan Um School of Zen (KUSZ) and the first Zen center established by Seung Sahn in the United States in October 1972. The PZC offers residential training where students and teachers live together under one roof, which was one of the hallmarks of Seung Sahn's philosophy concerning Zen practice in his organization.

Valley Falls, Rhode Island

Valley Falls is a village and census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Cumberland, Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 11,547 at the 2010 census. Warren Buffett's company Berkshire Hathaway was originally founded in 1839 by Oliver Chace in Valley Falls as a cotton manufacturing company, called the Valley Falls Company. Valley Falls is also the home of the Ann & Hope Mill.
