St. Johnsbury is located approximately 10 miles northwest of the Connecticut River and 48 miles south of the Canadian border. St. Johnsbury is the largest town by population in the Northeast Kingdom and serves as a commercial center for the area.

Caledonia Vermont Senate District, 2002–2012
The Caledonia Senate District is one of 13 Vermont Senate districts included in the redistricting and reapportionment plan developed by the Vermont General Assembly following the 2000 U.S. Census. The plan applies to legislatures elected in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, and 2010. A new plan will be developed in 2012 following the 2010 U.S. Census.

Harvey's Lake (Vermont)
Harvey's Lake or Harvey Lake is a lake in the town of Barnet, Vermont in Caledonia County in the northeast section of Vermont, United States. It was named after one of the original settlers of Barnet, Vermont, Colonel Alexander Harvey. Although locally it has always been officially known as Harvey's Lake, it is officially named Harvey Lake by the United States Geological Survey as genitive apostrophes are rarely allowed in the names of natural features.
