Jordan River (Virginia)

The Jordan River is a 12.5-mile-long headwater tributary of the Rappahannock River in northern Virginia in the United States. Fauquier is a county located in the United States Commonwealth of Virginia. As of 2010, the county's population was 65,203. Fauquier County's county seat is Warrenton, and the county is a part of the Washington Metropolitan Area. It is in the heart of Virginia wine and horse country as well as rich in history and the preservation of agriculture. In 2011, Fauquier county was number eight on the U.S. Census Bureau list of highest-income counties in the United States.
