Bishop Denis J. O'Connell High School (also known as DJO) is a Roman Catholic college preparatory school founded in 1957 in Arlington County, Virginia. It was established by the Diocese of Richmond, but has been under the direction of the Diocese of Arlington since 1974. The school is named for Bishop Denis J. WUST

WUST is a radio station broadcasting on 1120 kHz in the medium-wave AM band licensed to Washington, DC. Its tower is located in nearby Fairfax, Virginia. It broadcasts brokered foreign language programming, including an English language news program from China Radio International Mondays through Fridays at 9:00 a.m. and French language programming from Radio France International from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Mondays through Saturdays. WUST used to be a rhythm and blues station in Washington, D.C.

Temple Rodef Shalom (Falls Church, Virginia)

Temple Rodef Shalom is the largest Jewish congregation in the Commonwealth of Virginia, located in Fairfax County (with a "Falls Church" mailing address). Founded in 1962, it counts a membership of over 1,300 households. In 1963, the Temple hired Laszlo Berkowits as its first rabbi. In 1998, it became one of the largest congregations in the United States to have a female rabbi, when it replaced Berkowits, who had decided to retire, with then-Associate Rabbi Amy Schwartzman.
