Pilgrim's Knob is an unincorporated community in Buchanan County, Virginia, United States. As of the 2000 census, the Pilgrim's Knob area had a population of 479. It is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|14|19|N|81|54|44|W|region:US_type:city | |name= }} along the Dismal River, part of the watershed of the Big Sandy River, at the junction of Virginia State Routes 638 and 680. The area was first settled in 1833 by Milton Ward.

Iaeger, West Virginia

Iaeger (pronounced YAY-ger) is a town in McDowell County, West Virginia, USA. The population was 302 at the 2010 census. Iaeger was incorporated in 1917 and named for Colonel William G. W. Iaeger, whose son, Dr. William R. Iaeger, had a plat of the present town made about the year 1885.
