Kenmore (sometimes referred to as Kenmore by the Lake) is a city in King County, Washington, United States, along the northernmost shores of Lake Washington. A mix of bedroom community, one-time country retreat, and freshwater industrial port, prominent features include the nation's largest seaplane-only, commercial air facility at Kenmore Air Harbor, Bastyr University, several waterside parks and marinas, and easy access to the Burke-Gilman Trail and the King County bike-trail system.

Sammamish River Trail
The Sammamish River Trail is a 10.9-mile bike path and recreational rail trail in King County, Washington that runs along the Sammamish River from Blythe Park in Bothell to Marymoor Park in Redmond. It connects to the Burke-Gilman Trail at its western end. The trail is paved for bicycle, inline-skate and pedestrian use and is paralleled for most of its length by an unpaved equestrian trail. St. Edward Seminary
Saint Edward Seminary (sometimes "Saint Edward's Seminary") was an institution for developing Catholic priests in the US state of Washington. Dedicated to Saint Edward the Confessor and located in the city of Kenmore, it operated for 46 years before closing in 1976. The seminary and most of its grounds now constitute Saint Edward State Park. The seminary was located on a 366 acres property purchased in the late 1920s. Building plans were scaled back in 1929 due to the Great Depression.
