Raft Island

Raft Island is a private island and CDP located near the Pierce County community of Rosedale, Washington, USA. Gig Harbor, Washington is the nearest incorporated town, although unincorporated Artondale is much closer. There are 1,694 housing units and a population of 4,107 persons on the island as of the 2010 census. All of these communities are served through the Gig Harbor post office.

Kopachuck State Park

Kopachuck State Park, situated on Henderson Bay in Puget Sound, is a 109-acre marine and day use park with over a mile of saltwater shoreline. The park also includes Cutts Island also known locally as "Deadman's Island". The island is about half mile from shore and reachable only by boat. The park provides sweeping views of sunsets, the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound.
