White Mountain is a long mountain located in central Sweetwater County, Wyoming, near the cities of Rock Springs and Green River. The mountain is part of the Green River Formation, and contains communications towers that serve a number of purposes. Hundreds of carved figures also dot the sandstone cliffs at the White Mountain Petroglyph site and range from 200 to 1000 years old. Pilot Butte, located on top of White Mountain, is accessible from roads on the mountain.

White Mountain Mall
White Mountain Mall is a shopping mall located in Rock Springs, Wyoming owned and managed by Rouse Properties, one of the largest mall owners in the United States. It is one of only three enclosed malls in the entire state of Wyoming. The mall, which opened in 1978, is located near Interstate 80/U.S. Route 30/191, and features over 40 stores. Anchor stores include Herberger's, JCPenney, and Flaming Gorge Harley-Davidson, the only mall-based motorcycle retailer in the US.

KYCS
KYCS is a Hot AC station broadcasting from Rock Springs, Wyoming. The station signed on in 1986, as the first sister station of KUGR, which had been broadcasting for ten years at the time. Like its sister stations, the station is currently owned by Wagonwheel Communications Corporation. Music on KYCS is primarily satellite fed, which is also true to its sister stations besides KUGR. The network, known as Today's Best Hits, hosts numerous DJs throughout the day, including a morning show.
