Little Korab Gate

Little Korab Gate (Albanian: Porta e Korabit të Vogël; Macedonian: Мала Корабска Врата, Mala Korabska Vrata) is a mountain pass on the border of Albania and the Republic of Macedonia. Little Korab Gate is located southwest of the main Mount Korab summit, which is the highest mountain of both countries. Little Korab Gate is 2,465 m high. It is 403 m higher than Big Korab Gate, on the northern slope of Mount Korab.

Big Korab Gate

Big Korab Gate (Albanian: Porta e Korabit të Madh; Macedonian: Голема Корапска Врата, Golema Korabska Vrata) is a mountain pass found on the northern slopes of Mount Korab. It is located on the border of Albania and the Republic of Macedonia. Big Korab Gate reaches a height of 2,062 m, 702 m lower than Mount Korab's highest point, 2,764 m, and 403 m lower than Small Korab Gate, on the southern slope of the summit.

Gramë Lake

Gramë Lake (Albanian: Liqeni i Gramës), is the largest lake on Mount Korab and is located in Albania. Gramë Lake is found in the east part of Mount Korab near Mali i Gramës which stands at 2,345 m high. The elevation of the lake is about 1,750 m. The glacial Gramë Lake has an area of 5 hectares.

Dlaboka Reka

Dlaboka Reka, literally meaning Deep River, is a river in western Macedonia. It is a left tributary to Ribnicka river, which is one of the largest tributaries of Radika river. Its source is high on Mount Korab, forming a steep valley which is one of the few places with alpine climate in Macedonia. The famous Korab waterfall is located near the source of the river.

Battle of Torvioll

The Battle of Torvioll, also known as the Battle of Lower Dibra, was fought on 29 June 1444 in Albania. Skanderbeg was an Ottoman captain of Albanian origin who decided to go back to his native land and take the reins of a new Albanian rebellion. He, along with 300 other Albanians fighting at the battle of Nish, deserted the Ottoman army to head towards Krujë, which fell quickly through a subversion.
