Yenda

Yenda is a town in the Riverina district of New South Wales, Australia. The town is located about 16 kilometres east of Griffith, 45 kilometres of Narrandera, and 550 kilometres west of Sydney in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area of southern New South Wales. Yenda was originally populated by Australian, English, Scottish and French returned servicemen from the first World War but an influx of Italian farmers followed.

Bilbul, New South Wales

Bilbul is a village in the central part of the Riverina and situated about 6 kilometres north-east from Griffith and 6 kilometres south-west from Yenda. Bilbul was named in honor of William T Bull, an early landowner from the 1880s. The William Bull Brewery is located at Bilbul and named after William Bull, and thus indirectly also after Bilbul. The town had a population at the 2006 census of 246 people.

Beelbangera

Beelbangera is a town in the north west of the Riverina and situated about 2 kilometres north-east from Griffith and about 7 kilometres south-west of Yenda. At the 2006 census Beelbangera had a population of 305. The place name Beelbangera is derived from the local Aboriginal word meaning "Native Companion". Beelbangera Post Office opened on 1 September 1919.

Widgelli, New South Wales

Widgelli is a small village located in the local government area of the City of Griffith in the Australian state of New South Wales. Widgelli Post Office opened on 26 October 1953 and closed in 1977.
