Upper Coomera is a suburb on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Upper Coomera and Coomera have long been the main centre of urban development on the Gold Coast and are considered to be, along with Southport and Robina, one of the Gold Coast's three urban centres. Upper Coomera State College (UCSC), established in 2003, is a state school situated in the developing Coomera area in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. It is operated by Education Queensland. As of 2007, the school has grades Prep through 12. The college is divided into 3 sub schools: Chisholm Junior School, Jakaara Middle School and Fensham Senior School. The school is the temporary site of a Gold Coast City Council Library until one is built at the Coomera Town Centre.

Oxenford, Queensland

Oxenford is a suburb on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. At the 2006 Census, Oxenford had a population of 9,007. The suburb is bordered to the north by the Coomera River; the Pacific Motorway forms the eastern boundary. The western edge of the suburb is also bordered by the Coomera River, which can only be crossed via the Coomera River causeway. Theme parks Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet'n'Wild Water World are located within Oxenford's boundaries.

Cyclone (Dreamworld)

The Cyclone is a high-speed gravity steel roller coaster operating at Dreamworld. The roller coaster is one of the tallest in the Southern Hemisphere, after originally being the tallest when it was first built. Designed by Arrow Dynamics, the ride was originally installed at Luna Park Sydney in 1994 as the Big Dipper before being sold and relocated to Dreamworld on the Gold Coast in 2001.

WhiteWater World

WhiteWater World is a water park situated in the suburb of Coomera on the Gold Coast, Australia. It is owned and operated by Ardent Leisure. After years of planning and a year of construction, WhiteWater World opened to the public on 8 December 2006. The ten Australian beach culture themed attractions cost approximately A$56 million. These included The Green Room, Super Tubes Hydrocoaster, The Rip, The BRO, Temple of Huey, Cave of Waves, Wiggle Bay and Pipeline Plunge.
