Lara railway station is located in Lara, a suburb of Geelong, Victoria, Australia. There are two broad gauge passenger tracks at this station, and trains can travel in either direction on either line. The Western standard gauge line runs just to the west of the station, and is used by interstate freight trains and The Overland passenger service to Adelaide, but no passenger platform has been provided.

Division of Corio

The Division of Corio is an Australian Electoral Division in Victoria. The division one of the original 75 divisions contested at the first federal election. It is named for Corio Bay. It has always been based on the city of Geelong, although in the past it has also included parts of the western suburbs of Melbourne. For most of the first seven decades after Federation, it was a marginal seat that frequently traded hands between the Australian Labor Party and the conservative parties.

Geelong Grammar School

Geelong Grammar School is an independent, Anglican, co-educational, boarding and day school. The school's main campus is located at Corio, on the northern outskirts of Geelong, Victoria, Australia, overlooking Corio Bay and Limeburners Bay.
