Merino is a town in the Western District of Victoria, Australia. The town is located in the Shire of Glenelg local government area, 363 kilometres west of the state capital, Melbourne. Wannon Falls

Wannon Falls are waterfalls located in the Southern Grampians Shire, 19 km west of Hamilton, Victoria, Australia. The Falls are fed by the Wannon River that has its head waters in the Grampians mountains. The Falls are unexpected after driving west across gently undulating lava plains. They plunge over a basalt lava cliff dropping into a large plunge pool 30 metres below.

The Shire of Wannon was a local government area about 330 kilometres west of Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria, Australia. The shire covered an area of 1,977 square kilometres, and existed from 1872 until 1994.

Digby, Victoria

Digby is a town in the Western District of Victoria, Australia. The town is in the Shire of Glenelg, 366 kilometres west of the state capital, Melbourne on Stokes River, a tributary of the Glenelg. At the 2006 census, Digby and the surrounding area had a population of 369. The town is named after Digby, Lincolnshire in England. The Henty Brothers established the first European settlement in the Digby area in 1837. In 1843, The Woolpack Inn was establish near modern Digby; it burnt down in 1887.
