Jamuna Bridge

Bangabandhu Bridge, also called the Jamuna Multi-purpose Bridge, is a bridge opened in Bangladesh in June 1998. It connects Bhuapur on the Jamuna River's east bank to Sirajganj on its west bank. It was the 11th longest bridge in the world when constructed in 1998 and currently the 6th longest bridge in South Asia. It was constructed over the Jamuna River, one of the three major rivers of Bangladesh, and fifth largest in the world in terms of volumetric discharge.

Bindu Basini Govt. Boys' High School

Bindu Basini Govt. Boys’ High School (Bengali: বিন্দুবাসিনী সরকারী বালক উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়), commonly referred to as Bindu Basini Boys or B. B. Boys, is a public boys' high school in Tangail, Bangladesh. The school was established in 1880 as a minor school, patronized and endowed by Rani Bindubasini Chowdhurany and named after her as Bindu Basini High School (Bengali: বিন্দুবাসিনী হাই স্কুল). In 1970 the school became government_funded and started to operate as double shift school in 1991.
