Coqueiro Seco

Coqueiro Seco is a municipality located in the Brazilian state of Alagoas. Its population is 5,353 (2005) and its area is 40.4 km². Located on the shores of Lake Mundaú, Coqueiro Seco is named from the frequent meetings of merchants and travelers in the shade of a coconut tree of straw burned differentiated from the others, where they were made large business and nap.

Mundaú Lagoon

Mundaú Lagoon is an estuarine lagoon situated west of Maceió, capital city of Alagoas state, in Brazil. Its total area is 23 km². The lake receives the Mundaú River, and is connected to the Atlantic Ocean and Manguaba Lagoon by a network of canals which cross the plain forming a lot of little islands. The large mangrove and the numerous kind of fish, crabs, shrimps and shellfish are its remarkable characteristics.

Estádio Rei Pelé

Estádio Rei Pelé, also known as Trapichão, is a multi-purpose stadium in Maceió, Brazil. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium holds 20,801. The stadium was built in 1970. Estádio Rei Pelé is owned by the Government of Alagoas and it is the stadium where CRB and CSA locationally play their home matches. The stadium is named after the footballer Pelé, and its name means King Pelé. The stadium is nicknamed Trapichão because it is located in Trapiche da Barra neighborhood.

Maceió

Maceió is the capital and the largest city of the coastal state Alagoas, Brazil. The name "maceió" is of Indian origin, and designates the naturally spontaneous courses of water which flow out of the soil. Most maceiós flow to the sea, but some get trapped and form lakes ("lagoas", in Portuguese). There are plenty of maceiós and lakes in this part of Brazil; because of this, the city was named Maceió, and the State, Alagoas.
