Severoiztochen is a planning region in Bulgaria. The region includes four provinces: Silistra Province, Varna Province, Shumen Province and Dobrich Province. Largest cities are Varna (360,000 - city proper; 500,000 - metro area), Dobrich (105,000 - city; 115,000 - agglomeration), Shumen (95,000), Silistra (42,000 -city; 52,000 - agglomeration). Nikola Kozlevo

Nikola Kozlevo is a village in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Shumen Province. It is the administrative centre of Nikola Kozlevo Municipality, which lies in the northeastern part of Shumen Province, in the geographic region of Ludogorie. The village was named after the Bulgarian National Revival revolutionary and writer Nikola Kozlev (1824–1902).

Kaolinovo

Kaolinovo is a town in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Shumen Province. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Kaolinovo Municipality, which lies in the northern part of Shumen Province. As of December 2009, the town has a population of 1,538 inhabitants. Kaolinovo was named after its main product: the municipality is rich in high-quality kaolin (china clay), with a mine and an ore dressing plant present. The reserves amount to 65 million tonnes.
